A natural start-up starter leader; with over two decades of experience in the IT, BPO/ITeS & Strategic Outsourcing industry, across Global (Europe, Middle East, Indian and APAC) markets, I am a well-rounded & respected senior Business Development, Solution & Product Sales, Alliances & Channels (including Global and local outsourcers and system integrators), Focused Key Accounts, P&L, Operations and Customer-focussed General Manager.
Working closely with CxO and Board levels (internally and with his customers) I have driven and delivered significant business growth throughout my career. With strong penchant for Technology I have successfully set up offshore (Outsourced/ Managed) services for Fortune 500 customers in the UK/EU
and APAC/Indian markets in the Telecoms, Utilities, Retail, Government and Logistics sectors. I demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit as I led the team to establish multiple European Product vendors in the Indian /SAARC market, achieving over 80% market share within first 18 months of operations. These were executed as Joint Ventures with major Indian IT players or 100% subsidiary establishment(s). My success is based around the establishment of a shared vision, working in partnership with clients, other commercial organisations and suppliers in developing and applying solutions to business issues with managed risk, commercial innovation and ongoing performance improvement.
